“Brain Fog” is a subjective description concerning sluggish, fuzzy thinking, difficult to concentrate. It belongs to a cognitive disorder, often occurs when someone suffers from flu, jet-lag, burn-out, or after covid-19 infection. According to one French study, as many as 28-34% of discharged COVID-19 patients had such lingering issues.
Today we will focus on diagnosis and treatment of “Brain Fog” with TCM approach, such as patterns differentiation, tongue and pulse diagnosis, treatment methods, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, and Yang Sheng. Some case reports will also be analyzed and discussed
